considered myself to be an experienced lightroom user but your training
has shown that in fact I'm not. This is the second course I've
completed and found the training to be excellent, clearly delivered and
probably the one of the best courses I've taken from any provider.
"That is when I found your book on Amazon, and consequently
bought both the book and the course. The course is in my
opinion, simply excellent - each section is a manageable
length, all content is highly relevant, well explained and
illustrated with superb examples, and your pace of delivery is
very easy to follow; I have now adopted your sharpening
workflow as part of my own editing workflow and am very happy
with the results

This is the companion course to my best selling book “The Photographers Guide to Image Sharpening in Lightroom”. Whilst this is a companion course, it’s also self-contained. Sit the course and you will learn the essential elements of how to apply sharpening and noise reduction to photography
Lightroom is an excellent tool but most people don’t take the time to learn it properly. The correct application of sharpening and noise reduction in particular are areas that are largely ignored. If you want to create great photography at a professional level, it’s not sufficient to ‘move a few sliders around’. You need to understand what these sliders are doing and how best to control them.
In this course, we will look at the different components of sharpening and noise reduction in Lightroom. We will also piece these together into a professional workflow based on the way that Lightroom was designed to work. You will also learn how to recognise and avoid some of the common problems when sharpening photographs such as over sharpening and applying too much or too little noise reduction.
Whilst this course is thorough, it doesn’t try to teach you everything there is to know. Instead it teaches you enough about the tools you need to produce great results fast.
